the foresight to know where you're going,
and the insight to know what you're going for.

The Road goes ever on and on Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with eager feet, Until it joins some larger way Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say. -- J.R.R. Tolkein

I love the quote you just posted, i have it on the wall in my office.
This is a spoof of one i like also:
"Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes."
:)
And here's your Irish joke of the week:
A German, a Brit, and an Irishman sat down at a bar and all ordered a round.
The Brit, finding a fly in his stout, picked it up carefully by the wings, flung it in the trash and downed his drink.
The German saw a fly in his mug, shrugged, and drank it all down.
The Irishman spotted a fly in his pint, pinched the fly by the neck and screamed "SPIT IT OUT! SPIT IT OUT!!"
